What is the Crown Lift™ Insert System?

The Crown Lift™ system is a set of interchangeable, removable and carefully engineered, inserts. They sit snug inside the center of any pillow to gently elevate the crown of your head (not your neck). It provides support beneath the head eliminating that awful head drop! And It helps align the spine without forcing it into a curve — ideal for people with fusion, instability, or compression. The goal is to lift the head to a neutral or natural position without lifting the C-spine.

**This is not a pillow, it is an insert that works inside any pillow.

Which insert should I start with?
Start with the 1” base insert and lie flat. If your head feels like it’s dropping too low or your upper spine feels compressed, try adding the 2” insert. You can also combine them for added lift. The inserts each have their own balanced density to give differing levels of firmness as well. Everyone’s anatomy and comfort level is different — listen to what feels aligned, not stretched. The goal is to maintain a neutral head and neck posture by allowing your head to be cradled and your neck muscles to relax.

What if I’ve had spinal fusion or hardware?

That’s exactly what this system was designed for. Traditional pillows with ramps or bolsters can over-extend fused spines. The Crown Lift™ lets your head rest in a neutral cradle, and you control the elevation using soft inserts. It’s spine-safe, non-invasive, and adjustable anytime. Our Crown Lift™ system gives the head support as well as the spine, which most pillows fail to do. *But you should always go by your doctor's medical advice.

Can I chill the inserts for headache or inflammation relief?

Yes! Some customers like to briefly chill the optional gel insert (not freeze) for soothing relief from migraines or post-op swelling. Just be sure to wrap in a cover or cloth if applying directly. Note: Coming Soon~

Can I wash the inserts or cover?

The inserts are not machine washable but can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. We recommend using a removable, breathable cover, which can be hand- or machine-washed to keep everything fresh.🩺

Why don't you say doctor recommended?

Because we believe clinical judgment should never be filtered by contracts.Some clinicians evaluate or use the Crown Lift™ system, but we don’t script language, require exclusivity, or restrict discussion of other products.
