PRE-ORDERS: Some items in our store may be offered to you as  a pre-order or as "soon to be available" products. This cancellation policy explains how pre-orders work and how you can change them or cancel them. 

Pre-orders Crown Lift and Sanctuary Sleep Products:
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Payment is collected at checkout to reserve your item from the incoming shipment inventory. Your order will ship once all pre-order items are in stock. If your order contains a mixture or pre-order and in stock items and the pre-order portion has not yet been fulfilled, you may request cancellation of the pre-order items. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return once received. Item must be unopened and unused.If you need your in stock items shipped separately please contact us. 
You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it has shipped. If the order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies. *See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Updates: You will receive email updates on each stage. Once the item has arrived to warehouse and when you receive tracking number that item has shipped.

This is an estimate and could be sooner based on factory timelines, inspections, customs, and freight delays due to weather.
